Jocelyn D. Cheng is the Senior Manager of Volunteer Development at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Greater Illinois Chapter. She is responsible for organizing, training and developing the volunteer efforts of the organization that serves over 20,000 individuals affected by MS in Illinois. Jocelyn has been a nonprofit management professional for over 17 years. She previously worked at Community Resource Network and United Way of Metropolitan Chicago. She worked on connecting and engaging volunteers to meaningful opportunities at various nonprofit organizations in metropolitan Chicago. She is also a co-founder and volunteer for the We Band Together music organization, a reader for the St. Michael’s in Old Town and a member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals-Chicago.


Founded in 1946, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society addresses the challenges of each person affected by MS by funding cutting-edge research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education, and providing programs and services designed to help people with MS and their families move their lives forward.
