JOB ANNOUNCEMENT - Full-Time On-Site Executive Administrative Coordinator - Boise, Idaho

A-Team Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Executive Administrative Coordinator with the Idaho National Guard (IDNG). Performance will be on location at Idaho Army National Guard Headquarters (IDARNG HQ) in Boise, ID 83705. The position description and responsibilities are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer full-time administrative executive support, ensuring efficient operations of our projects with the National Guard.
  • Manage scheduling and correspondence through high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendaring, and SharePoint.
  • Exhibit outstanding attention to detail and prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Support a professional environment where priorities can shift quickly, adapting to new challenges with ease.
  • Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with team members and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours as required.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and managing schedules for team members.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in administration, management or related field.
  • 2 or more years of recent, full-time administrative/executive support experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and prioritization skills required; strong organization skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendaring.
  • SharePoint experience and ability to navigate the internet and software are all a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). Ability to develop and present briefings both internally and externally.
  • Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours and remote when necessary.
  • Comfortable in a professional environment where priorities can shift quickly and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle. Travel is anticipated with this position.
  • Be a US citizen
  • Successfully complete a government background check
  • Skilled in oral and written communication to convey information, explain issues to leadership, individuals and/or groups to accept a position or recommendations and accomplish objectives with which they might initially disagree or are hesitant to accept.
  • Due to the nature of the service, experience with the military is preferred. Experience can be gained through prior or current military service, member of a military family, or service as a military family volunteer.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, regulations, and directives, and other National Guard Bureau and Idaho related programs to provide recommendations, develop technical user manuals, and develop course instruction materials.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license and a personally owned vehicle that can be utilized.
  • An uncommon tour of duty may be required. Flexibility with working schedule is mandatory because it impacts the ability to support and serve military.

Salary Range:

$47,000 - $53,000 yearly
