Introduction to the job

ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world's leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. This position will requires business and sales experience as well as product knowledge to promote and increase the business opportunities towards volume production fabs. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices inChandler Arizona, San Jose and San Diego California, Wilton Connecticut, and Hillsboro Oregon.

Role and responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for overall sales, business development and field operations for eBeam products. Including Booking, shipment, and revenue for existing business and potential opportunities of customer in North America. And developing long-term business plan for customers in this region.

New Product/Technology penetration by setting right strategy, collaborate with product/RD team to position our latest products or technology into customers.

Customer satisfaction, Operations management-including Service, Applications, Account Technical program, logistics. Team management, recruit, growth, retain, and coach the whole account team.

Education and experience

  • MSc or PhD in Engineering or Physical Science; MBA desirable

  • Extensive industry experience >15 yrs with marketing or commercial experience (semiconductor processing)

  • Recognized industry professional with broad understanding

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work related experience in Metrology, Defect or Yield enhancement tools and applications.

  • Experience in defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products

Other information

  • This position is located on-site in Boise Idaho . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. (Important to insert additional onsite language specific to the role: i.e., inspection, specific training and supervision, etc.)

  • A flexible workplace arrangement is available for remote work up to two days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

  • May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
