Our team drives the utilization of research, evaluation, and data to inform performance improvement and decision-making at programmatic and organizational levels within the Foundation. Through this internship, you'll gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to research projects that inform the Foundation's efforts in creating and advancing effective solutions to reduce poverty for and with older adults. We'll challenge you to think and work creatively on real-world projects. We are committed to your growth and cultivating your continued learning and development. This paid internship has an expected start date of Summer 2024 and can extend through the end of the year.

Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA)
AARP observes Mondays and Fridays as telecommuting workdays, except for essential functions. Remote work and telecommuting can only be done within the United States and its territories.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range is $18 for undergraduates, $21 for graduate students, and $28 for Ph.D. candidates. Internships are non-exempt positions and are not eligible for employee benefits.
