We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic marketing operations associate to join our growth marketing department. As part of this energetic team, you will play a key role in executing marketing operations strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in contributing to the growth of our brand.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing marketing automation and email nurture strategies and best practices to improve global lead routing, email lead generation, and marketing automation functionality for the department

  • Support targeted email lead generation campaigns across various verticals and country markets

  • Create landing pages, emails, website forms, and workflow automations in HubSpot

  • Work closely with the web development team on form creation and automations

  • Work closely with other marketing teams to support the development of campaign assets in HubSpot

  • Assist in uploading, building and cleaning/maintaining email audience lists in HubSpot and ZoomInfo MarketingOS

  • Create and schedule emails in HubSpot

  • Light HubSpot administration work - sorting files, maintaining naming conventions, organizing assets and folders, etc.

  • Support broader growth marketing initiatives as needed

  • Assist with CRM and campaign reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Beginner to intermediate-level Excel or Google Sheets skills

  • Passionate about digital marketing and keeping up with trends

  • Understanding of fundamental marketing concepts and the marketing funnel

  • Experience working in a marketing CRM or email platform such as Hubspot, Marketo, Klaviyo, MailChimp, WooCommerce, or Shopify Email

  • Familiarity with email marketing / email nurturing principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Natural ability to collaborate and willingness to both learn and share knowledge

  • Team player, adaptable and flexible to the needs of the greater team and department goals

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as ChatGPT or Gemini
