| Details | Under direct supervision assists Central Service Technicians in the performance of duties related to the assembly and distribution of sterile products and instrumentation to the Operating Rooms and clinics. **This position will be scheduled (Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) and will be located at the Integrated Services Center in Coralville, IA * Prepare carts and surgical containers for decontamination. * Inspect, fold and package reusable linen towels, pillowcases and sheets. * Prepare reusable containers for assembly into instrument trays. * Wrap surgical trays in disposable tray wrap. * Transport items to sterilization area. * Empty cart washer and transport cart to cart storage area. * Inventory and fill supply modules in the sterile core area. * Unpack and put away supplies as needed. * Other tasks as assigned. Hours limitation: This position is limited to 780 hours per fiscal year. Hours will reset on July 1st. |
